This is an appeal from a judgment dismissing an action for damages for fraud in the sale of certain real property. One phase of the case previously was before this court in Gnash v. Saari, 40 Wash. 2d 59, 240 P.2d 930. The present action was tried to the court sitting without a jury. The court made findings of fact and conclusions of law and entered judgment for defendants. Plaintiff has appealed.
